

- Troubleshoot Internet, Cable, Telephone, Mobile, and Home Security for customers
- Utilize tools to resolve customer issues and update passwords
- Maintain detailed account notes and meet relevant KPIs in a call center


- Support local governments in adaptation, GHG reduction, and waste diversion efforts.
- Provide policy and research support to NSFM.
- Engage with stakeholders and meet project deadlines effectively.


- 2-year post secondary program in business/accounting
- Experience in collections, preferably in public sector
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
