- Oversee daily operations of VAS systems for performance & availability.
- Conduct software upgrades, updates, patch loading, & testing.
- Provide operational & customer support, troubleshooting issues.


- Analyze incidents, requests, and problems for resolution within SLA
- Investigate application issues and engage teams/vendors for resolution
- Perform configuration, operations, and Billing related activities


- Develop and implement IT Service Management systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve outages, collaborate with teams
- Strong technical skills and ITIL framework knowledge.
