- Perform problem analysis & resolution for complex application issues
- Coordinate with development team for technical support
- Administer implementation issues & generate resolutions


- 2-year post secondary program in business/accounting
- Experience in collections, preferably in public sector
- Strong verbal/written communication skills


- Lead strategic planning, advocacy efforts, and fund development
- Master's degree in Public Policy or related field
- 7-10 years experience in senior management role
