Portfolio and Property Management:

· Oversee the performance and management of a diverse portfolio of real estate investments.

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and investment returns.

· Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust strategies as necessary to meet financial targets.

· Achieve and maintain maximum building occupancy and ensure top quality customer service for residents and tenants.

Development Opportunities:

· Collaborate with team members to identify, evaluate, recommend and acquire new investment opportunities.

· Review market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for potential investments.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring projects from concept to completion.

· Participate as a company representative for investment property construction projects, including input and decision making on exterior design, interior finishes, unit mixes, unit layouts, building amenities and more.

Financial Oversight:

· Support the development and management of annual operations and/or project budgets for the investment properties portfolio.

· Review financial performance, including income, expenses, and capital expenditures.

· Collaborate to prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, builders, partners, real estate brokers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

· Collaborate on and support the negotiation and management of contracts, leases, and other agreements related to the investment properties.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.

Strategic Planning:

· Contribute to the overall strategic planning process for the real estate portfolio.

· Align portfolio strategies with the company's long-term objectives and market trends.

· Identify and mitigate potential risks to the portfolio and individual assets.

· Manage the lifecycle of investments from land activation for new developments to disposition opportunities based on market conditions.

Team Leadership:

· Manage and mentor team members.

· Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.

· Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
