About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing leader with a proven track record in managing production operations and leading teams to achieve performance goals. As Plant Manager at our Triton processing facility, you will oversee the production of snow crab and pelagic species for global markets.
In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for all aspects of plant performance, ensuring objectives are met in a cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have strong coaching abilities, collaborate effectively with senior management, and demonstrate exceptional judgment and professionalism. You will lead and inspire a diverse team to meet production goals while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Five years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a food-related field.
- Proven managerial experience with the ability to effectively lead teams and projects to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related programs.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
