Job Description:

Our Wealth Change Management team reports into the Wealth National Office Strategy and Business Enablement team. Our team leads change management Pan-Wealth as well as within Wealth Journeys (Direct Investing, Advice, TD Asset Management) to support delivery initiatives leading to exceptional client and colleague experiences. Our change practitioners lead the integration of multiple Partner groups, businesses, communications, and learning/training to deliver seamlessly against business strategy.

Job Description

As a Manager, Wealth Change Management, you will be part of a strong and connected enterprise-wide change management community where you'll feel inspired and challenged. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wealth Change Management (Practice Lead) you will be the Data & Insights Lead responsible for transforming data into consumable Change Management insights that drive business results. With a focus on executing on Strategic initiatives, you will work in partnership with the Senior Manager to evolve the Change Management Practice and streamline business operations. The successful candidate will be a driven inspirational leader, comfortable in a complex, high-growth and fast-paced environment and able to navigate grey areas.

Key Accountabilities:

Leadership

  • Lead a high performing team of Change Management Analysts; provide on-going feedback and performance reviews, coach and develop employees and ensure performance management activities are undertaken and provide regular input into employee assessments and development plans
  • Build and grow talent by developing skills and capabilities to ensure achievement of business results and improvement of the end to end customer experience
  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure the team possesses a strong understanding of the end-to-end customer approach when making decisions within change initiatives
  • Foster a cohesive team, promote a fair and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce and encourages the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Support an inclusive environment where team freely escalates business challenges; empower employees to resolve issues.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for change management function, business, and the bank, both internally and/or externally.

Data & Insights

  • Data Synthetization: Gather data from multiple sources to provide user-friendly dashboards for change practitioners and leadership
  • Data visualization: Transform data into consumable Change Management insights that drive business results
  • Act as a "go to" resource to the business segment by providing relevant and meaningful information/data/guidance on change management saturation reporting
  • Focus on continuous improvement to enhance change saturation reporting and streamline data collection best practices within JIRA and the CM Tool
  • Represent our Practice within the Enterprise Change Office Data & Insights Working Group

Change Management:

  • Strategic partner to Wealth Change Management Practice Lead with deep industry & business knowledge, recognizing and anticipating emerging trends and opportunities
  • Execute on Wealth Change Management Strategy to evolve the Wealth Change Management Practice streamline data collection and business operations
  • Lead change practitioner onboarding, building understanding of Practice (leverage Enterprise Change Office onboarding resources & training)
  • Act as a consultant to business partners and stakeholders at all levels by promoting and developing awareness of change management and best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, and stakeholders by providing value-added analysis, presentations, guidance and/or operational support in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders; communicate effectively by adapting style and technique to a diverse audience
  • Manage/oversee problem resolution at business segment level for own area
  • Share knowledge, information, skills, and subject matter expertise among the team and ensure the timely communication of issues and encourage good working relationships with other functions and teams
  • Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk transactions /activities as necessary
  • Manage oversight process, risk-based identification and monitoring of related risks and regulatory compliance across the supported functions, while ensuring key controls and processes are effectively managed
  • Provide insight, information and recommendations to the Change Management community to align with enterprise and industry best practices

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent data visualization skills, effectively communicate insights through charts, graphs and dashboards
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Experience in data management, cleaning, and preparation, ensuring accuracy and reliability of analysis
  • High degree of curiosity with excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to navigate complexity to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership and relationship building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence coupled with system thinking, connecting dots, and learning quickly to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally across teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, & regulations.
  • Undergraduate degree and 7+ years equivalent work experience in a large organization
  • Change Management certification is an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, JIRA and Confluence is a strong asset
