Job Description:

Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of system requirements in alignment with standards and frameworks. Provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with various partners and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage functional and non-functional requirements.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Access & Security POD. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, implement, and optimize access for automation processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, challenges, and requirements related to access provisioning.
• Analyze and optimize user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Ensure alignment of automated processes with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify automation opportunities, designing and documenting workflows for automation using RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Platform.
• Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business users to ensure that system solutions meet business objectives and are aligned with strategic goals.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
• Ensure all automated solutions meet functional, security, and performance standards.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring that automated processes are functioning as intended.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes.

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to facilitate effective communication.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, Power Platform, and UiPath.
• Familiarity with process automation, digital transformation, and workflow design.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases for basic querying.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Good to Have:
• Certifications in Blue Prism, Power Automate, or UiPath.
• Hands-on experience in developing RPA solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
