Qualifications: Graduation from an approved school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor’s or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent). Current registration with the Newfoundland and Labrador Occupational Therapy Board, the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Occupational Therapists and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists are required. Experience as a Clinical Occupational Therapist working with older adults who have complex needs under a Home First philosophy of care would be an asset. Candidates should possess well-developed organizational, communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. The ability to demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. Experience in program management and evaluation would be an asset.
