As the Manager, Engagement Programs, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of strategic client engagement campaigns. Leveraging data-driven insights, multi-channel outreach, and innovative campaign tactics to enhance customer loyalty and drive long-term relationships. You will also support the delivery of key business targets, through BAU engagement programs in partnership with other key stakeholders and Senior Manager.

Develop and execute engagement campaigns that align with strategic objectives, ensuring timely and impactful delivery across client and product BAU programs.

Utilize data-driven insights to identify client response trends, hotspot opportunities, and personalization strategies to deepen engagement through targeted cross-channel campaigns.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration to continuous testing and optimization of contact strategies.

Ensure seamless campaign project management by developing robust processes that enhance efficiency, tracking, and measurement of performance.

Partner with cross-functional teams to refine engagement tactics, address client pain points, and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Implement real-time testing and learning methodologies to fine-tune campaign messaging, delivery channels, and audience segmentation for maximum impact.

Collaborate with analytics teams to track and measure campaign performance, socializing insights across multiple levels to inform future initiatives.

Champion a client-centric culture, leveraging key relationships, data-driven strategies, and bank-wide knowledge to strengthen customer connections.

Align campaign initiatives with risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance and strategic decision-making within the bank's risk appetite.

Post-secondary education focused in Marketing or Business Administration

Experience in either Channel Marketing, Channel Programs, Customer Strategy, or Product/Program coordination

An understanding of personalized client journeys and offline, online, and assisted channels

Experience in supporting comprehensive strategies and proposals
-
Ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights to drive strategic opportunities and draw post-mortem conclusions

Strong organizational change management orientation

Strong strategic thinking and results focus skills

Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to deliver large, multi-faceted programs

Experience working in an agile environment that is fast paced

Ability to own, motivate and drive programs across multiple business lines

Strong relationship management and collaboration skills

Strong presentation deck building and delivery skills with partners
