This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Support our team of technicians to ensure top-level performance and quality of work
• Dispatch work efficiently and monitor workflow for maximum productivity
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist technicians when needed
• Ensure compliance with Volkswagen standards, warranty procedures, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with our Service Advisors to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Volkswagen or European experience is a strong asset)
• Proven leadership experience in a shop or dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A passion for mentoring and developing others
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Must have a valid driver's licenses and clean driver's abstract
