Your Contribution

Englobe is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Civil Engineering team for the Moncton office. This can be a very rewarding career in a fast-paced environment. You may participate on multiple, complex projects that may vary in discipline throughout our Civil department. You will work closely and be supporting our Project Managers and Design Leads. More specifically, roles you may be involved with include:

  • Provide support in planning, scheduling, investigating, executing and reviewing activities;
  • Respond to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from clients, stakeholders and business partners;
  • Perform general administrative and record keeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation, preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes;
  • Stay engaged within the project scope to effectively communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Review and participate in project invoicing;
  • Assist during the preparation of proposals, reports, letters, studies, addendum and memorandums;
  • Review and comment on reports and design packages;
  • Visit construction sites to report on progress
  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules

Your Profile

  • Previous experience related to general contracting, building construction or civil infrastructure projects
  • Post secondary education related to civil engineering and/or civil engineering technology
  • Superior document management experience;
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent English language skills, oral and written;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications:
