Salary: CG-35 ($33.60- $37.49per hour)

The purpose of this position is to oversee, and assign tasks to the Projects Team, as well as participate in task completion. Provide coordination of materials, and supplies needed for project completion within the Eastern Rural Zone. The Tradesperson III is responsible to provide trade expertise to employees under supervision and participate in project development and completion. This position reports directly to the Regional Projects Manager for the Eastern Rural Zone.

Duties (include but not limited to):
-Ensures all work is in accordance with the National Building and Fire Code as well as all other related Legislation and Regulations.
-Prepares cost estimates for varying sized projects, requisitions for materials, record keeping, reviews of materials lists and quotes prepared by the Projects Team.
-Directs team members by delegating duties and responsibilities, organizing work schedules, and participating in scheduled project meetings.
- Regional travel within the Eastern Rural Zone will be required as needed.
-Participates in the on-call process once established.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
Graduation from High School or equivalent.
Successful completion of a Journeyperson's Certificate in Electrical.
A minimum of five (5) years of Electrical experience is required.
Demonstrated strong time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to coordinate a range of related work or project activities.
Demonstrated effective leadership and supervisory skills.
A valid Class 5 driver's license and a satisfactory driver's abstract are required.
A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required.

Other
Travel throughout the Zone is required.
Participation in a regular, on-call rotation may be required.
