Position Scope:

Reporting directly to the Line Supervisor.

Responsibilities of the Packaging Lead Hand include,

• Ensuring the quality of materials being packed on the 1000 line.
• Support the Packers and Packaging Operators
• Assist with breaks

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge and experience surrounding the following would be considered an asset,
  • 5S's
  • Food Safety
  • GMP
  • HACCP
  • LOTO
