Position Scope:

Oxford Frozen Foods is searching for two Plant Supervisors that will be supporting operations of Plant 2 during both Fresh Blueberries and Fresh Carrot seasons. These positions will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities of the Plant Supervisor include,

• Provide support to the Production Supervisors and Lead Hands.
• Ensure team efficiency is being obtained and teams are provide with adequate tools.
• Work directly with the Plant Manager on achieving production targets
• A large focus on production quality and outputs.

Qualification & Experience

• Supervisory experience is a requirement.
• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge and experience surrounding the following would be considered an asset,
  • 5S's
  • Food Safety
  • GMP
  • HACCP
  • LOTO
