We're currently seeking a motivated, dynamic and skilled Human Resources professional to fill the position: Human Resources Coordinator - based in Saint John.
The Human Resources Coordinator is accountable for the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across the business. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent! The Human Resources Coordinator primary responsibility will be for recruitment which will take approximately 70% of their time and 30% will be spent on administrative and other HR responsibilities.

- Take ownership of full cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles
- Post jobs on internal and external job boards to attract top talent
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and provide a positive and engaging hiring experience
- Draft and distribute offer letters
- Manage new hire documentation and maintain accurate digital employee records for compliance
- Ensure all HR systems are updated with accurate employee information
- Support the delivery of the Corporate Onboarding Program
- Track and update key workforce metrics, including turnover rates and employee headcount
- Assist HR Business Partners with any other administrative related tasks
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or administration
- Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields (Human Resources Management Certificate)
- A passion for recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
