For over 50 years, Prestige Homes has been designing and building mini, modular, and multi-family homes to the highest quality and customer standards.
- Work in a factory setting using an assembly-line approach to residential building construction
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join common building materials
- Keep work area clean to minimize hazards and disruptions
- Assist tradespersons and other skilled construction labourers in construction activities
- Safely operate pneumatic hammers and other power tools
- Participate in safety tool-box meetings
- Commitment to safety in the workplace, including knowledge and practice of workplace safety procedures
- Proficient in the use of related tools
- Previous carpentry or labourer experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with others or independently as required
- On-the-job training and support for your continuous professional development
- 4-day work week - Monday to Thursday, 10-hour days
- Year-round, indoor work
- Wages currently starting at $18 per hour (with no experience)
- Annual wage increases
