• Commitment to safety in the workplace, including knowledge and practice of workplace safety procedures
• Proficient in the use of related tools
• Previous carpentry or labourer experience is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with others or independently as required

• On-the-job training and support for your continuous professional development
• 4-day work week - Monday to Thursday, 10-hour days
• Year-round, indoor work
• Wages currently starting at $18 per hour (with no experience)
• Annual wage increases
