On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Director of Marketing to join their team of dedicated professionals in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Position Overview:

As the Director of Marketing at Fares & Co. Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the high-level marketing strategy for the Fares group of companies. This is a strategic leadership role where you will work closely with executive leadership and external agencies to drive brand awareness, elevate marketing initiatives, and enhance their market presence in the luxury real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury real estate marketing, a proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns, and a strong background in managing relationships with external partners and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for all companies within the Fares & Co. Development portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Brand Management: Oversee and refine the positioning and messaging for each brand, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across all channels.
  • Agency & Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, creative teams, and media partners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Digital & Traditional Marketing: Lead both digital and traditional marketing efforts to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
  • Market Research & Trends: Stay on top of luxury real estate trends and market dynamics to ensure Fares & Co. Development remains a leader in the industry locally.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on luxury real estate or a related high-end industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for high-end brands.
  • Strong experience managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media, branding, and content creation.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within financial constraints.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for luxury real estate marketing.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite is required.
