Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful marketing strategies that showcase our Safety Technology, generate interest, and grow our brand. You will create engaging campaigns, content, and materials that resonate with our audience and reflect the values of our company.
While your primary focus will be on shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales team-driving brand awareness, helping generate high-quality leads, and strengthening long-term client relationships to fuel business growth.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Marketing Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on product marketing strategies and execution.
- Direct experience in marketing at a software company is considered an asset.
- Safety Knowledge: A strong understanding of workplace safety principles, including how safety impacts industries, organizations, and individuals. Familiarity with the language and culture of safety will be considered an asset.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads.
- Content Creation: Skilled in crafting high-quality, clear, and engaging content that conveys the value of our safety-focused products to diverse audiences.
- Campaign Management: Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies with measurable results.
- Sales Support: Ability to create sales-enabling materials, such as RFP's, case studies, presentations, and one-pagers, to communicate product value and drive pipeline growth.

Technical Skills and Programs
- Marketing Tools: Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot or similar tools for managing email campaigns and CRM.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms for publishing content.
- Graphic Design Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional channels to engage industry audiences.
- Data Analysis Tools: Competency in Google Analytics or similar tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
- Project Management Software: Experience using tools for organizing and tracking marketing campaigns.
