We're looking for a strategic and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Dash Social's events, sponsorships, and activations. Reporting to the Director of Global Communications & Events, and sitting on the Lead Generation team, you will play a critical role in driving brand visibility, pipeline growth, and external brand perception.

Responsabilités
  • Execute corporate events, sponsorship activations, and webinars from conception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with brand goals and produce measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Global Communications & Events and the Content team to develop event content.
  • Support the ideation and execution of creative booth concepts and on-site activations designed to drive attendee engagement, increase brand visibility on the tradeshow floor and generate qualified leads.
  • Lead the discovery, negotiation, and execution of strategic sponsorship deals and partnerships, maintaining primary contact for all sponsorship relationships.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis, to ensure top-quality delivery and significant business impact.
  • Manage the creation, sourcing, and distribution of high-quality, on-brand promotional items and corporate gifts, while optimizing vendor relationships and logistics.
  • Utilize project management tools like Asana to maintain event timelines, ensuring all internal teams, third-party partners, and leadership are aligned and informed.
  • Foster seamless collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and key stakeholders, using events to drive pipeline growth and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors, partners, and industry collaborators to maximize return on investment and enhance brand visibility.
  • Own performance reporting for all events and present findings to senior leadership
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a proven track record of executing exceptional events that directly contribute to business growth. This role demands a performance-driven mindset with a deep focus on leveraging data to assess and drive event success. A successful candidate will have B2B experience and can demonstrate the ability to synchronize event outcomes with marketing and sales objectives.

  • Innovative and strategic thinking, continuously integrating fresh ideas and best practices to enhance event impact and brand presence.
  • 5+ years of experience in events, communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Ability to travel: This role requires international travel to support event execution, sponsorship activations, and industry engagements.
