We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English & French) Wealth Associate in our Moncton office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks
- Client communication
- Advisor practice management including workflow, scheduling, and prioritization
- Manage & process all areas of client service: Annual Review preparation, Deposits and withdrawals, buying/selling etc...
- Manage & process all areas of wealth account opening cycle, client updates and life insurance application cycle
- Reception back up
- 100% in office
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive work experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, wealth, banking, and/or administration
- Must hold: Canadian Securities Course (CSC) & Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) (Licensed IR or RR)
- Dynamics 365
- WME considered a strong asset
- Life Insurance experience considered a strong asset
- String administrative background
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel - advanced)
- High performer with high attention to detail
- Is professional when responding to client service inquiries and can confidently interact with other professionals such as accountants and lawyers
