The Response Center Manager is responsible for:
• Developing and maintaining a state of preparedness for marine oil spills in the Newfoundland region.
• In the event of an oil spill in their sector, ensuring the initial response and joining the ECRC Incident Management Team.
• Implementing regional plans and strategies, as well as a training program for 80 individuals/contractors.
• Managing local relations with clients and government agencies involved.
