$108,800 - $163,200 CADThis role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description:

The Senior Manager of the TDS TA Coordination team leads the development, design and delivery of all operational aspects to the Talent Acquisition function for TDS globally. They will manage their portfolio and team globally, and will be the subject matter expert in the TA Operations area of expertise for TD Securities.

Depth & Scope:

  • Focuses on standardizing TA Processes across TA levels (early, experienced, executive) and regions (NA, Europe, Asia)

  • Works independently as senior subject matter expert

  • Provides advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members and may coach and educate others

  • Considered a subject matter expert within TA Operations

  • Focuses on short, medium and long term solutions

  • Team is responsible for the following:

    • Interview scheduling – between Hiring Manager and Candidate (and including the Recruiter)

    • WorkDay support – opening/closing JR's as well as managing tasks that are not core to the Recruiter Job Description

    • Process Creation and Management – create and standardize recruitment processes (full life cycle) for the Recruiter. Manage process in an Audit-friendly manner in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

    • Create and maintain Job Descriptions for all TDS TA employees

    • Responsible for reporting for all TDS TA initiatives

    • Drive change (via ADCAR Change Management methodologies) to TDS TA and relevant stakeholders

    • Manage and update the TDS TA PSL; as well as manage all invoices and payments

    • Create and Maintain "Moments of Truth in TA" learning series for TDS TA

    • Manage any special projects within TDS TA

  • Undertake and complete a variety of projects and initiatives, may include the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree

  • 10-15 years related experience, either in TA Operations or TA PMO

  • Demonstrated large project expertise in TA, ideally within Financial; Services

  • Established expertise managing global projects and initiatives as well as managing a global team

  • SME in TA Technology and Operations

  • Demonstrated experience in capturing data and creating/analyzing meaningful reports

  • Extensive knowledge of recruiting and employment practices

  • Knowledge of employment laws across the TD footprint

  • Proven ability to develop optimal relationships with senior and executive stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation and facilitation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain business partnerships

  • Computer literacy and advanced expertise in enterprise ATS, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and assignments using sound business judgment
