Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Moncton, NB
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Wage: $19.00/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately handling financial and vendor-related data, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare the daily deposit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Collect cheques sent by mail and dropped off by drivers
* Use HighRadius scanning software to deposit cheques
* Organize and scan all receiving documents for proper filing and record-keeping
* Input vendor debits into the IDS system as required
* Scanning and the deposit are the key tasks we need completed daily

Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in data entry and scanning software
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite
* Familiarity with HighRadius scanning software is a plus
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
