Steele Honda is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our team!
As a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process. If you're a passionate, customer-focused individual with strong emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct engaging in-person and video presentations of pre-owned vehicles, tailored to client preferences and needs.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to connect with potential clients and enhance outreach.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Offer accurate, detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, financing, and warranties to guide informed client decisions.
- Schedule test drives, deliveries, and ensure vehicles are prepared with necessary documentation.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to connect with and understand customer needs.
- Attention to detail in presenting vehicles, handling paperwork, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Social media savvy, with the ability to leverage digital platforms for engagement and sales.
- Sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Basic automotive knowledge and an eagerness to stay informed about industry trends.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
- A true team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract to conduct test drives and client meetings.
