• Prepare detailed repair orders, outlining vehicle symptoms, necessary services, and technician recommendations.
• Manage service schedules efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping customers informed on progress and completion times.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through empathy, reliability, and exceptional service.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in manufacturer training and development programs.
What You Bring:
