Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Steele Honda is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team!
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for customers needing maintenance or repairs. From greeting guests and assessing vehicle concerns to providing cost estimates and coordinating service appointments, you'll ensure every customer has a seamless, stress-free experience.

What You'll Be Doing:? Communicate effectively with customers to determine their service needs and recommend necessary repairs
? Verify warranty and service contract coverage, clearly explaining provisions and exclusions
? Provide accurate estimates for parts, labor, and services
? Prepare detailed repair orders (ROs) with descriptions of symptoms, necessary repairs, and services performed
? Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, expected completion times, and any additional work required
? Build strong relationships by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
? Maintain automotive service records and ensure all work is properly documented
? Work under pressure while balancing multiple customer interactions and service requests
? Stay up to date with industry trends and manufacturer updates through training and development
? 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is a strong asset
? Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
? Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
? A customer-first mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
? Ability to thrive in a team-driven environment
? Strong willingness to learn and develop within the role
? Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
