We are currently seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to support the firm's strategic marketing, communications and business development initiatives across all four provinces. This position is based in our Halifax office and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, communications plans and sponsorships in alignment with the firm's business objectives and budgets.
- Lead the firm's social media and website strategies, including working closely with lawyers, practice groups, and internal teams to enhance brand awareness and engagement, develop compelling content, and analyze performance.
- Lead request for proposal (RFP) responses and industry awards and directories initiatives.
- Using best practices in event management, oversee the planning and execution of top-tier in-person and virtual client events.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent leadership role with oversight of direct report(s).
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Experience working in a law firm, professional services environment and/or advertising agency is considered an asset.
- Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Experience with marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing software, website CMS (WordPress or similar), social media management tools and graphic design tools such as Canva.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing, organizational, leadership and client service skills along with a strong attention to detail.
