Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is actively recruiting Bilingual Switchboard Operators / Telecommunications Clerks to join the team at the Saint John Regional Hospital.

As a Switchboard Operator / Telecommunications Clerk, you would be responsible for operating the switchboard and public address system. Specific duties include:

• Providing answering and messaging services
• Providing reception services and responding to inquiries
• Monitoring and responding to emergency codes
• Performing clerical duties

Who you are

You possess a high school diploma or equivalent. You have spoken competence in English (Advanced) and French (Intermediate Plus).
