As a Sales Representative with City Chrysler, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process. If you're a passionate, customer focused individual with experience in Sales, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be the Face of Innovation – Connect with customers, showcase Chrysler's cutting-edge performance and technology, and help them find the perfect vehicle for style, power, and comfort!
- Crush Sales Goals – Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets.
- Create Unforgettable Experiences – Provide exceptional service by educating clients on vehicle features and purchase options.
- Seal the Deal – Coordinate test drives, finalize transactions, and ensure seamless vehicle deliveries.
- Collaborate & Innovate– Work closely with finance, service, and management to enhance customer satisfaction and drive success.
Requirements:
- Passion for the Automotive Industry – You love cars and want to share that enthusiasm.
- Sales & Customer Service Experience – At least 1 year in a similar role.
- Energetic & Personable – A polished, professional appearance and a knack for making great first impressions.
- Strong Communicator – Whether in-person, over the phone, or through video, you can connect with clients effortlessly.
- Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and never miss a beat.
- Team Player & Go-Getter – You work well with others but also know how to hustle independently.
- Valid Driver's License – A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
