We are looking for an experienced and motivated HubSpot Administrator to join our team. The HubSpot Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness in supporting sales, marketing, and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HubSpot's tools and capabilities, as well as experience in process optimization, data management, and user training.

Responsabilités

HubSpot CRM Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, ensuring all users have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Manage user permissions, workflow automation, and integrations between HubSpot and other internal systems.
  • Maintain and update HubSpot pipelines, custom properties, and reporting dashboards.
  • Data Management and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within HubSpot, regularly auditing records, fields, and properties to maintain high-quality reporting.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure correct data capture within HubSpot, and that data is leveraged effectively for business intelligence purposes.

Process Optimization & Automation:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify opportunities to optimize processes using HubSpot tools.
  • Set up, configure, and optimize workflow automation to streamline tasks and improve team efficiency.
  • Create and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and reporting mechanisms within HubSpot, leveraging automation and advanced analytics.
  • Proactively suggest improvements in marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and sales funnel optimization based on data insights.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Build custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze user activity, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

User Support & Training:

  • Provide ongoing training and support to HubSpot users, ensuring they understand best practices and are fully leveraging the platform's capabilities.
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to HubSpot support as needed.
  • Document and communicate new features, updates, and best practices to the team.

Integration & Collaboration:

  • Manage and implement third-party integrations between HubSpot and other business systems (e.g., email marketing, e-commerce platforms, etc.).
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure that HubSpot is aligned with business goals and operational workflows.
Qualifications
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot CMS for Developers) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
