Steele Recreation is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Salesperson to join our team, specializing in the renowned brands of Honda, Ducati, and Polaris.

Commission Wage Structure with uncapped earning potential! During your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Engage Customers – Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend the right Polaris, Honda, or Ducati product.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstration – Stay informed on models, trends, and promotions while showcasing vehicle features, accessories, and service options.
- Sales Process Management – Guide customers from initial interest to final purchase, ensuring a smooth buying experience.
- Customer Relationships – Build long-term connections to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales & Operations – Meet or exceed sales targets, process paperwork, manage inventory, and maintain an organized showroom.
- Teamwork & Marketing – Collaborate with the service team, assist in marketing events, and support customer outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience & Passion – Previous sales experience preferred (automotive or powersports is a plus); enthusiasm for powersports and knowledge of Polaris, Honda, and Ducati is beneficial.
- Strong Communication Skills – Excellent ability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships with customers.
- Customer-Focused & Goal-Driven – A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales goals.
- Adaptability & Organization – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Licensing & Compliance – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
