Parkway Hyundai is seeking a Red Seal Journeyman Technician to join our team!

Qualifications:
- Passionate about the automotive industry.
- Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to provide an acceptable driver's abstract.
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License.
- Must be Red Seal Certified.
Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work on a diverse selection of makes, models and years.
- Work on vehicles to bring them up to standard and take pride in your ability to see the before and after.
- Ability to troubleshoot unique problems or vehicles.
- Diagnose faults and confirm findings with supervisor.
- Inspect, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems as required.
- Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications.
- Advise customers on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements.
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
