ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Identify and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Full-time, permanent night shift position (Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

WHO YOU ARE

• Understanding of what makes the food production industry unique
• 10-15 years of experience as a Red Seal Industrial Mechanic
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with a focus on safety
• Team player who collaborates well with others
• Experience with OEE metrics and CMMS is a plus
• Night owl
