Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Drafter to join our team. As a Technical Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for our ongoing projects. Responsibilities:

• Create precise drawings, blueprints, and plans.
• Utilize software SoftPlan and Seljax to generate models and designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and drafting team.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes in project specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of all drawings and revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in drafting, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Technical Drafter.
• Proficiency in SoftPlan, Seljax and other drafting tools.
• Strong knowledge of drafting principles, standards, and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create accurate and precise technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem solving skills to identify and resolve drawing issues or inconsistencies.

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily an office environment, no extensive physical demands.
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
