*A number of factors are considered when determining a starting salary for our new team members, including length and depth of relevant work experience, skillset, and education & training. Our salary ranges are reviewed on an annual basis.

We are currently seeking an Office Services Clerk to join our Administrative team based in the Firm's Charlottetown, PE office.

Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Close Date: March 19th, 2025


The Opportunity:

The Firm's Office Services Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and reception support to the Manager, Administrative services as well as the day-to-day setup/clean up of the Firm's meeting rooms.

The successful candidate will assist with ordering catering and preparing for meeting requests, ensuring that the meeting rooms are fully stocked and clean. In addition, the successful candidate will stock glassware, water, coffee & meeting room supplies as well as order and pick up lunches as needed. Assisting the Manager, Administrative Services with office events and functions will also be required.

In addition, this position provides support for the office's reception desk on a daily basis by covering reception duties, assisting with managing the Firm's resource scheduler, organizing courier deliveries & daily office deliveries and pickups as required.

Finally, the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen area and lunch room. They will also work with suppliers to maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate maintenance of appliances.

If you are an office administrative professional who has excellent organizational skills & has experience in a service-oriented environment, we want to hear from you! Previous experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset for this role.
