As we grow our presence globally, we are seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating the sale, deployment and implementation of our solutions at customer sites around the world.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be accountable for the management and optimization of our customer service processes. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, engage directly with customers around specific operational processes, and help drive improvements in operational efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a customer-first mindset.
The Customer Operations Coordinator will:
- Track and maintain records of customer assets and solutions
- Create and schedule work orders for new sales and asset calibrations
- Support the creation of sales quotes
- Ensure accurate customer information is maintained in CRM and Project Management tools.
- Communication and collaboration with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Evaluate and monitor performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Creation of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, and helping the organization leverage application features and capabilities to support business processes
- Explore and implement new tools to enhance customer operational management
Our Ideal candidates has:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or marketing, or a relevant combination of training and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a coordinator role or sales administrator role
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently to move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Experience in using Salesforce including Reports and Dashboards, or other declarative capabilities
- Experience working with MS Office, Google documents, and Jira is an asset.
This is a full-time, in person position at our Fredericton, New Brunswick head office.
