Clarenville Ford is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their team! Located in Clarenville, NL, the successful candidate will have a desire to establish a career with a first-class company, possessing a "can do" attitude and strong work ethics!
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer part inquiries, receiving orders and stocking parts from various suppliers. They will also work closely with the service team to research, source, expedite, and deliver parts requests to the work area, while ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Answering phone calls & assisting customers parts inquires
- Assist customers at front counter with parts related inquiries
- Using Ford Microcat electronic parts catalogue.
- Ordering parts as required
- Providing and upholding a 5-star customer experience
- Answering customer questions promptly and positively
- Keeping customers updated on any changes that occur
- Other duties as requested by management
What You Will Bring:
- A Valid driver's license
- A strong base of automotive operational knowledge
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work alone or with a team
