The Role:
We are seeking a Treasury Project and Systems Lead to lead the functional design, implementation, and maintenance of our global In-House Bank (IHB) project. We currently have an IHB in place that we aim to expand to other groups and improve. This role focuses on systems integration and technology, requiring expertise in Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and IT systems, such as ERP and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). Reporting to the Senior Manager - Global Treasury, this is a strategic, global position with an emphasis on delivering high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

  • IHB Project Implementation:
    • Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of the IHB framework across global entities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IHB processes with organizational objectives.
  • Systems and Technology Integration:
    • Oversee the integration of the IHB with ERP systems, Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba), IT systems, and payment platforms.
    • Implement and manage SFTP, APIs, and other interfaces to enable seamless data exchange and automation.
  • IHB Functional Design:
    • Define and document functional requirements for IHB operations, including intercompany settlements, netting, cash pooling, and payment processes.
    • Work closely with IT and Treasury teams to ensure system capabilities align with operational needs.
  • Global Collaboration:
    • Act as a bridge between Treasury, IT, and regional entities to ensure consistent implementation and adherence to best practices.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders involved in IHB processes.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Drive project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the successful implementation of the IHB solution.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERP and Treasury Management Systems implementation and integration.
  • Strong understanding of SFTP, APIs, and related financial technology solutions.
  • Writing scripts (SQL or other) and/or experience with building BI reports is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, particularly in a global environment.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
