Salary: To commensurate with qualifications and experience in the range of $50,231 - $59,095 per annum.

Acadia University is seeking a Club Sport and Camp Coordinator to oversee the administration, management, and delivery of our Competitive Club Sports and Acadia Sport & Adventure Camp programs. This role is vital in supporting student leadership, ensuring compliance, coordinating travel, managing funding and budgets, and delivering exceptional programming for student-athletes and campers alike.
The Club Sport & Camp Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Competitive Club Sport Teams, Acadia Sport & Adventure Camps, and the University, ensuring clear communication, compliance with university policies, and effective program management. The Coordinator fosters relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the Acadia Students' Union and governing sport organizations, to strengthen programming and maintain compliance. Additionally, they develop, execute, and evaluate Acadia Sport & Adventure Camps, managing registration, facility bookings, staff hiring and training, and promotional efforts.
- We are seeking a candidate who has a bachelor's degree in Recreation/Physical Education, Kinesiology, Sport Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sport or recreation program delivery is required.
- Knowledge or experience working with collegiate club sports programs is considered an asset.
- Experience in budgeting, registration systems, and compliance tracking.
- Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule which may at time include evenings, weekends, and occasional travel will be required.
