Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their preferences and concerns prior to treatment.

Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, including any relevant medical history or changes in condition.

Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for follow-up treatments or self-care practices.

Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients by adhering to hygiene standards and maintaining equipment.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort throughout the session, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid state license or certification in massage therapy.

Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication with clients regarding their health conditions.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized care.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to ensure clear understanding between therapist and client.
