We are currently seeking a Legal Support Student to join our team based in the Firm's Moncton, NB office for the 2025 summer months.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Contract (4 months)
Close Date: March 6, 2025
The Opportunity:
Our Legal Support Students are responsible for providing administrative support throughout the summer to the Firm's Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Lawyers in multiple areas of law.
In particular, the successful candidate will assist with a broad range of administrative tasks, including processing mail, scanning / photocopying & binding documents, processing expense claims, maintaining a filing & bring-forward system, as well as other tasks & projects as assigned.
If you have an eye for detail, a high degree of organization & time management, enjoy working in a team environment, and are enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant post-secondary program, we want to hear from you!
