ATTENTION STUDENTS!

We're looking for energetic and motivated post-secondary students who enjoy learning new skills on the job, being part of a team, and are passionate about the Engineering field!

Responsibilities may include:

• Collect infrastructure data and road ratings

• Perform topographical surveys

• Assist with inspections of subdivisions, road construction and pipe work

• Assist in road and ditch designs

• Place traffic counters and record traffic patterns

• Organize records and enter data into spreadsheets

• Review and provide comments on Infrastructure and subdivision plans

To qualify, you must:

• Currently be a post-secondary student in a Civil Engineering program and be scheduled to return to university in the Fall of 2025

• Have a current NB Driver's Abstract meeting the Town's expectations

• Have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Be self-motivated, able to take initiative, and work under minimal supervision

• Demonstrate teamwork abilities

• Have previous experience in a similar role is an asset

• Have experience using AutoCAD, GeoCalc, and ArcGis is an asset

This position is scheduled to begin in May and continue through until the end of August.
