Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure positive experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through empathetic and responsive service.
  • Address inquiries related to billing, account management, and payment processing with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage, track, and securely maintain customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, communications, or related fields is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is advantageous.
  • Full-time availability for in-person work at our brand-new Saint John office.
