Salary range: $42,176.04 to 47,189.29 annually
Reporting to the Manager, Administrative Services, you will provide a full range of administrative support services to the Manager, Administrative Services. Duties will include but are not limited to cashiering, accounts receivable (A/R) for student receivables, answering incoming calls, providing support to students and assisting with their inquiries, and general office support to campus administration.
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Administrative Professional/Office Administration. Or you have the recognized equivalency of a high school diploma with significant (10+) years of administrative experience.
You have a minimum of two years (full-time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Experience as a cashier or relevant finance experience would be considered an asset.
You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 and e-mail. Experience with SharePoint and PeopleSoft, or a similar ERP system, would be considered an asset.
You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.
Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.
