Part Time Retail Customer Service Team Member

We are looking for Part Time Retail Customer Service Team Members to strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers. Do you have experience in processing sales transactions, being a product and service expert, and more?

Day to Day responsibility

• Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
• Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
• Answer incoming calls while handling customers inquiries, concerns, or questions.
• Can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
• Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills are required.

Qualifications and Success

• You're interested in the retail agriculture industry and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
• You have exceptional customer service skills.
• You have experience in customer service, counter sales.
• You have an understanding of the farm, feed, pet, workwear retail/related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
• Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
• You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-55 lbs as needed.
• You're always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
