Summary

The Client Care Specialist (CSS) is responsible to the Customer Service Supervisor for the customer-focused activities within the Execaire Aviation's VIP Lounge. The position is based out of Pearson International Airport at Execaire Aviation FBO facilities in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) is responsible to:

  • Book hotels, car/limo rentals, catering, etc.
  • Oversee the commissary
  • Order supplies
  • Ensure top-tier client-experience from beginning to end of a client's trip
  • Coordinate with Line Crew to ensure first-in-class Customer Service response to client inquiries
  • Provide FBO with general administrative support
  • Provide FBO Sales support
  • Invoice aircrafts for fuel uplifts, landing fees, services, etc., as applicable
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Client Care Supervisor and/or FBO Base Manager

The CCS will be expected to adjust his/her shift to cover for vacations, holidays, sick days, during breaks or as may be needed from time to time depending on volume of movements.

Requirements

The candidate is expected to have the following skills and competencies:

  • 1-2 years hospitality industry experience
  • 1-2 years aviation industry experience
  • Exceptional communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Good computer skills (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Understanding of various aviation flight planning platforms
