We are seeking a Member Loyalty & Engagement Specialist for a 20-month leave of absence coverage. Reporting to the Director of Membership Marketing & Engagement, the successful candidate will be based at our Corporate Office in Saint John, NB. The Member Loyalty & Engagement Specialist will support the execution and implementation of marketing programs and activities involving National/Regional loyalty and insurance partners.
This is a contract position with an expected duration of 20 months. Contract positions are based on continued business need, CAA Atlantic reserves the right to extend or end early any contract position.
Assist in planning marketing strategies and programs to drive increased Member engagement and renewal.
Develop and execute large-scale marketing campaigns in collaboration with media partners to enhance brand visibility and drive Member engagement.
Manage the development and execution of marketing communications across multiple channels, including partner approvals.
Track internal impressions and update partner setup/management software as required.
Manage Member survey programs and research projects based on survey trends.
Attend National Loyalty and Partner virtual meetings monthly and conferences as required.
Create initiatives to drive increased levels of Member engagement with partnership programs.
Assist with Member and partner inquiries about various program components.
Additional responsibilities as needed.
- Undergrad, ideally a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration, ideally with a major in Marketing.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Innovative and dynamic problem solver and solution maker.
- Understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results oriented.
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.
- Previous marketing experience with a loyalty program is considered an asset.
