  • Handle administrative tasks with care, including processing registrations, payments, and data entry.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operations, ensuring that everyone has what they need to do their best work.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bilingual in English and French - you're comfortable supporting community members in both official languages.
  • A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working as part of a team and believe in lifting others up.
  • Organizational skills - you can balance multiple responsibilities while keeping a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability - you remain calm and professional, even in a fast-paced or changing environment.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or a non-profit setting is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Understanding of the military/veteran/RCMP lifestyle is a requirement.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (e.g., setting up for events).
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Enhanced Reliability Security Screening required.
