  • Plant Compressed Air System - Two 60 hp and one 50 hp air compressors, with air dryers, storage tanks, and main lines.
  • HVAC Systems - 7 air handlers and 7 air conditioning units.

Your Qualifications

With a strong background in manufacturing, you have deep expertise in boiler and refrigeration systems and can effectively troubleshoot and resolve operational maintenance challenges. You are an experienced leader who excels at managing teams, fostering a positive work environment, and driving performance improvements. Your technical skills include proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), allowing you to enhance maintenance organization and efficiency. You are committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and high-performing workplace, ensuring the consistent delivery of quality products. You excel at analyzing complex issues and presenting solutions in a clear, persuasive manner to diverse stakeholders, earning buy-in for process improvements and new initiatives.

Your qualifications include:

  • Industrial maintenance experience, ideally within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in an industrial or maintenance setting.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities to support and develop a high-performing team.
