We are currently seeking a Corporate Services Assistant to join our Paralegal Services team based in the Firm's St. John's, NL office.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity:
An integral part of the Firm's Corporate Services team, our Corporate Services Assistants provide general administrative support to a team of Paralegals and administrative professionals to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
In particular, the successful candidate will assist with preparation of various types of correspondence, such as; annual renewal correspondence; maintaining electronic document management system and corporate records database; opening, updating and closing files, as well as maintaining a bring forward system. Our Corporate Services Assistants are also responsible for preparing various correspondence and documents from written or verbal instructions, proofreading all work for completeness, correct grammar, spelling, typographical and format errors, as well as performing light finance related tasks including disbursement vouchers and cash receipts.
If you have relevant education and/or experience in an administrative or business environment, as well as excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
